ANDROID: GKI: Update db845c symbol list for down_write

Per-vma locks patchset causes db845c module failure:

These symbols are missing from the symbol list and are not available
at runtime for unsigned modules:
down_write required by ['msm.ko']
up_write required by ['msm.ko']

Add the missing symbols.
