pci-iomap.c was (apparently, mistakenly) reintroduced as part of
commit 83c2dc15ce
MN10300: Handle cacheable PCI regions in pci_iomap()
probably as side-effect of forward-porting the patch
from an old kernel.
It's not really needed: the generic pci_iomap does the right thing here.
The new file isn't compiled so it's safe to drop.

commit 6e3f62f079 (mfd: core: Fix platform-device id generation) modified
the computation of the mfd cell id. Negative numbers forbit the specification
of cell ids as we do. Fix this for now by specifying a base of 0 instead. In
the long run, this may be changed to automatic cell ids (base -2).

Fs_info->pending_changes is never cleared since the original code uses
cmpxchg(&fs_info->pending_changes, 0, 0), which will only clear it if
pending_changes is already 0.
This will cause a lot of problem when mount it with inode_cache mount
option.
If the btrfs is mounted as inode_cache, pending_changes will always be
1, even when the fs is frozen.

With commit '7dedd34: ARM: OMAP2+: hwmod: Fix a crash in _setup_reset()
with DEBUG_LL' we moved from parsing cmdline to identify uart used
for earlycon to using the requsite hwmod CONFIG_DEBUG_OMAPxUARTy FLAGS.
On DRA7 UART3 hwmod doesn't have this flag enabled, and atleast on
BeagleBoard-X15, where we use UART3 for console, boot fails with
DEBUG_LL enabled. Enable DEBUG_OMAP4UART3_FLAGS for UART3 hwmod.
For using DEBUG_LL, enable CONFIG_DEBUG_OMAP4UART3 in menuconfig.

During UDS connection check, both sides are checked for write access to
the other side. But only the first check is performed with audit support.
The second one didn't produce any audit logs. This simple patch fixes that.

Smack uses CIPSO to label internet packets and thus provide
for access control on delivery of packets. The netfilter facility
was not used to allow for Smack to work properly without netfilter
configuration. Smack does not need netfilter, however there are
cases where it would be handy.
As a side effect, the labeling of local IPv4 packets can be optimized
and the handling of local IPv6 packets is just all out better.
The best part is that the netfilter tools use "contexts" that
are just strings, and they work just as well for Smack as they
do for SELinux.

This is one of those cases where you look at code you did
years ago and wonder what you might have been thinking.
There are a number of LSM hooks that work off of file pointers,
and most of them really want the security data from the inode.
Some, however, really want the security context that the process
had when the file was opened. The difference went undetected in
Smack until it started getting used in a real system with real
testing. At that point it was clear that something was amiss.
This patch corrects the misuse of the f_security value in several
of the hooks. The behavior will not usually be any different, as
the process had to be able to open the file in the first place, and
the old check almost always succeeded, as will the new, but for
different reasons.

This patch changes srpt_close_session() to properly use an unsigned long

Due to some scary special case handling noticed in drivers/of, various
bits of the ARM* EFI support patches did duplicate looking for @0
variants of various nodes. Unless on an ancient PPC system, these are
not in fact required. Most instances have become refactored out along
the way, this removes the last one.

This fixes two minor issues in the implementation of get_memory_map():
- Currently, it assumes that sizeof(efi_memory_desc_t) == desc_size,
which is usually true, but not mandated by the spec. (This was added
intentionally to allow future additions to the definition of
efi_memory_desc_t). The way the loop is implemented currently, the
added slack space may be insufficient if desc_size is larger, which in
some corner cases could result in the loop never terminating.
- It allocates 32 efi_memory_desc_t entries first (again, using the size
of the struct instead of desc_size), and frees and reallocates if it
turns out to be insufficient. Few implementations of UEFI have such small
memory maps, which results in a unnecessary allocate/free pair on each
invocation.
Fix this by calling the get_memory_map() boot service first with a '0'
input value for map size to retrieve the map size and desc size from the
firmware and only then perform the allocation, using desc_size rather
than sizeof(efi_memory_desc_t).

After commit b2b49ccbdd (PM: Kconfig: Set PM_RUNTIME if PM_SLEEP is
selected) PM_RUNTIME is always set if PM is set, so #ifdef blocks
depending on CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME may now be changed to depend on
CONFIG_PM.
Replace CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME with CONFIG_PM everywhere under
drivers/iio/imu/kmx61.c
