7331ea474e ASoC: mioa701_wm9713: Fix speaker event
Commit f6b2a04590 ("ASoC: pxa: mioa701_wm9713: Convert to table based DAPM
setup") converted the driver to register the board level DAPM elements with
the card's DAPM context rather than the CODEC's DAPM context. The change
overlooked that the speaker widget event callback accesses the widget's
codec field which is only valid if the widget has been registered in a CODEC
DAPM context. This patch modifies the callback to take an alternative route
to get the CODEC.

5d425c1865 arm64: kernel: add support for cpu cache information
This patch adds support for cacheinfo on ARM64.

On ARMv8, the cache hierarchy can be identified through Cache Level ID
(CLIDR) register while the cache geometry is provided by Cache Size ID
(CCSIDR) register.

Since the architecture doesn't provide any way of detecting the cpus
sharing particular cache, device tree is used for the same purpose.

0d97f88481 arm/arm64: KVM: add tracing support for arm64 exit handler
arm64 uses its own copy of exit handler (arm64/kvm/handle_exit.c).
Currently this file doesn't hook up with any trace points. As a result
users might not see certain events (e.g. HVC & WFI) while using ftrace
with arm64 KVM. This patch fixes this issue by adding a new trace file
and defining two trace events (one of which is shared by wfi and wfe)
for arm64. The new trace points are then linked with related functions
in handle_exit.c.

72bbf10bf0 video: fbdev: Validate mode timing against monspec
fbmon may generate mode timings that are out of spec of the monitor.
eg DELL U2410 has a max clock 170mhz but advertises a resolutions of
1920x1200@60 in its Standard Timings using 2byte code of D1 00.
When this is looked up in the DMT table it gives it a 193mhz clock.
Although the DELL monitor supports 1920x1200@60, it can only run with
reduced timings at 154mhz or DMT id 0x44 which has no STD 2byte code.
This patch checks to see if the mode can be supported by the monitor
by comparing against monspecs.dclkmax.

GTF timings.

162a3bac8d Bluetooth: Bind the SMP channel registration to management power state
When the controller gets powered on via the management interface, then
register the supported SMP channels. There is no point in registering
these channels earlier since it is not know what identity address the
controller is going to operate with.

When powering down a controller unregister all SMP channels. This is
required since a powered down controller is allowed to change its
identity address.

In addition the SMP channels are only available when the controller
is powered via the management interface. When using legacy ioctl, then
Bluetooth Low Energy is not supported and registering kernel side SMP
integration may actually cause confusion.

fbb8f1b729 ath10k: implement support for ap beacon offloading

response templates instead. This means SWBA events
are no longer delivered for these firmware
revisions.

4c4955fe4f ath10k: implement prb tmpl wmi command
New firmware revisions with beacon templates need
probe templates as well because they don't forward
probe requests to host at all.

This is required for new firmware to work with
direct probe requests (notably required by hidden
ssid AP).
