729757fe97 memblock tests: fix warning: "__ALIGN_KERNEL" redefined

Building memblock tests produces the following warning:

Remove definitions of __ALIGN_KERNEL and __ALIGN_KERNEL_MASK from
tools/include/linux/mm.h to fix it.

2473bc35ba tools/include: Add mm.h file 
Add a stubbed mm.h file with dummy page-related definitions,
memory alignment and physical to virtual address conversions,
so they can be used in testing.
