Bao D. Nguyen 68ad4d1e01 phy: qualcomm: Add TX_HS_Equalizer_Settings support ... Add support allowing the ufs host controller driver to query the TX_HS_Equalizer_Settings from the PHY driver. The PHY programming guide v15 requires the host controller to set the TX_HS_Equalizer_Settings after each Power Mode Change command.
