Greg Kroah-Hartman 88df355018 Revert "ANDROID: module: Add vendor hooks" ... This reverts commit 60e6687899. The hooks added in it, android_rvh_set_module_core_rw_nx, android_rvh_set_module_init_rw_nx, android_rvh_set_module_permit_before_init, and android_rvh_set_module_permit_after_init, are not used by any vendor symbol list, so remove them as they are unused.
