Greg Kroah-Hartman a39cabc386 Revert "ata,scsi: do not issue START STOP UNIT on resume" ... This reverts commit dc3354c961 which is commit 0a8589055936d8feb56477123a8373ac634018fa upstream. It breaks the Android ABI so revert it for now, if it is needed in the future, it can be brought back in an ABI-safe way.
