libmain: Fix download progress rendering
This was broken in https://github.com/NixOS/nix/pull/14423 accidentally.
Add [[nodiscard]] to prevent such mistakes in the future.

treewide: Remove toView() because it leads to segfaults when compiled with newer nixpkgs
Firstly, this is now available on darwin where the default in llvm 19.
Secondly, this leads to very weird segfaults when building with newer nixpkgs for some reason.
(It's UB after all).

This appears when building with the following:

mesonComponentOverrides = finalAttrs: prevAttrs: {
mesonBuildType = "debugoptimized";
dontStrip = true;
doCheck = false;
separateDebugInfo = false;
preConfigure = (prevAttrs.preConfigure or "") + ''
  case "$mesonBuildType" in
  release|minsize|debugoptimized) appendToVar mesonFlags "-Db_lto=true"  ;;
  *)                              appendToVar mesonFlags "-Db_lto=false" ;;
  esac
'';
};

And with the following nixpkgs input:

nix build ".#nix-cli" -L --override-input nixpkgs "https://releases.nixos.org/nixos/unstable/nixos-25.11pre870157.7df7ff7d8e00/nixexprs.tar.xz"

e4f62e4608 Apply clang-format universally.
* It is tough to contribute to a project that doesn't use a formatter,
* It is extra hard to contribute to a project which has configured the formatter, but ignores it for some files
* Code formatting makes it harder to hide obscure / weird bugs by accident or on purpose,

Let's rip the bandaid off?

Note that PRs currently in flight should be able to be merged relatively easily by applying `clang-format` to their tip prior to merge.

cc24766fa6 Expose the nix component in header include paths
For example, instead of doing

    #include "nix/store-config.hh"
    #include "nix/derived-path.hh"

Now do

    #include "nix/store/config.hh"
    #include "nix/store/derived-path.hh"

This was originally planned in the issue, and also recent requested by
Eelco.

Most of the change is purely mechanical. There is just one small
additional issue. See how, in the example above, we took this
opportunity to also turn `<comp>-config.hh` into `<comp>/config.hh`.
Well, there was already a `nix/util/config.{cc,hh}`. Even though there
is not a public configuration header for libutil (which also would be
called `nix/util/config.{cc,hh}`) that's still confusing, To avoid any
such confusion, we renamed that to `nix/util/configuration.{cc,hh}`.

Finally, note that the libflake headers already did this, so we didn't
need to do anything to them. We wouldn't want to mistakenly get
`nix/flake/flake/flake.hh`!

f3e1c47f47 Separate headers from source files
The short answer for why we need to do this is so we can consistently do
`#include "nix/..."`. Without this change, there are ways to still make
that work, but they are hacky, and they have downsides such as making it
harder to make sure headers from the wrong Nix library (e..g.
`libnixexpr` headers in `libnixutil`) aren't being used.

The C API alraedy used `nix_api_*`, so its headers are *not* put in
subdirectories accordingly.

Progress on #7876

We resisted doing this for a while because it would be annoying to not
have the header source file pairs close by / easy to change file
path/name from one to the other. But I am ameliorating that with
symlinks in the next commit.

473d2d56fc Remove 100s of CPU time (10%) from build times (1465s -> 1302s)
Result's from Mic92's framework 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1360P:

Before: 3595.92s user 183.01s system 1360% cpu 4:37.74 total
After: 3486.07s user 168.93s system 1354% cpu 4:29.79 total

I saw that boost/lexical_cast was costing about 100s in CPU time on our
compiles. We can fix this trivially by doing explicit template
instantiation in exactly one place and eliminating all other includes of
it, which is a code improvement anyway by hiding the boost.

8e0946e8df Remove repeat and enforce-determinism options
These only functioned if a very narrow combination of conditions held:

- The result path does not yet exist (--check did not result in
  repeated builds), AND
- The result path is not available from any configured substituters, AND
- No remote builders that can build the path are available.

If any of these do not hold, a derivation would be built 0 or 1 times
regardless of the repeat option. Thus, remove it to avoid confusion.

libmain/progress-bar: don't trim whitespace on the left
When running `nix build -L` it can be fairly hard to read the output if

Always reset ANSI colors in progress-bar line
When having a message like `waiting for a machine to build X` and
building with `nix build -L`, the log-prefix is always colored yellow[1]
on a small terminal-width as everything (including the ANSI color-reset) is
stripped away.

To work around that problem, this patch explicitly adds an `ANSI_NORMAL`
to the end of the line.

801112de1a Move progress-bar.cc to libmain
Needed so that we can include it as a logger in loggers.cc without
adding a dependency on nix

This also requires moving names.hh to libutil to prevent a circular
dependency between libmain and libexpr
